When marketing efforts run stale, getting back to the basics is a guaranteed way to connect with others. At the end of the day, every entrepreneur has a face, and lives a life much like anyone else, unfortunately sometimes customers forget that, and sometimes business owners do too.
How Can Marketing Efforts BE BETTER?
Here are three ways any business, big or small can be “tactful and impactful” while branding.
1.) Random Acts of Kindness- Do what you can with what you have, and when you have more, DO MORE! To pay it forward, you can give small samples, overstock, lessons, your free time etc. include your business card or contact information as a marketing touch, but the main purpose here is to touch others in a way that brightens their day.
2.) Ship your Signature- When you’re thankful for what you have, you will have more to be thankful for. Give your shipments extra personality and care with simple things such as a free gift, personalized note, a handful of candy, anything you think will give your customers an unexpected smile. In terms of business, your loyalty and satisfaction rate will increase.
3.) Choose a Charity-Have you ever found yourself saying…. “If I hit the lottery I would…help a local no-kill animal shelter supply food, buy families thanksgiving dinners, provide bicycles equipped for youth with special needs, (fill in the blank)”?
Don’t wait, if you can take any portion of your proceeds, pick, or create a charity you are passionate about and begin helping in any way you can. Your business name helping a charity is a form of marketing, but it’s also a genuine way to give back.
